GRAPE VARIETIES Grenache, Syrah, Viognier
VINIFICATION Harvested at dawn, the grapes are then pressed at moderate pressure to preserve the lightness and brilliance of the colour.
TASTING Light lychee colour, powdery pink, with citrus and red fruit aromas. Fresh, elegant and complex on the palate, this cuvée goes well with simple as well as gourmet cuisine.
PAIRINGS Aperitifs, grilled meats, fish and shellfish.
